Responsible for all design and marketing activities for one of Wales’ largest independent retailers, including:
- Managing a team of two to implement, evaluate and continually improve all above and below-the-line marketing activity across online and offline platforms, including ecommerce, social media, ad campaigns, in-store environments and events.
- Redesign and continual guardianship of the Charlies brand.
- Management and art direction of over 100 multi-channel campaigns.
- Design and implementation of a marketing strategy that generates new leads in digital and social advertising.
- Mangement of a six-figure marketing budget
Within 6 months of my posting I was asked by the company directors to redesign the company’s visual identity and strengthen the Charlies brand proposition entirely in-house. I led the rebrand process, including the design, and am currently managing the roll-out of the new brand across 9 physical stores, online platforms and all customer touchpoints.
